We Walk Together Project Launch

Teachings from Elders and Youth about Connection to Land, Water and Territory​​

Join First Nations Health Authority on July 15 for the virtual launch of a three-part film series from We Walk Together, a research project exploring how connection to land, water, and territory is central to First Nations health and wellness.

Co-hosted by Dr. Evan Adams, Dr. Nel Wieman, and Dr. Danièle Behn Smith, this event will feature a screening of the film series and a discussion of key lessons from the project led by FNHA and the Office of the Provincial Health Officer.

First Nations attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback to help shape a new wellness-based health indicator rooted in connection to land.
