We collaborate with other organizations, nationally and internationally, to work effectively and build power together. We support physicians to be advocates for healthier environments and ecosystems.

Unnatural Gas is a campaign from the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment (CAPE) and the Canadian Association of Nurses for the Environment (CANE). We developed this campaign to raise awareness of the climate and health risks of natural gas in BC, and the availability of healthier, non-polluting, and sustainable alternatives.

We acknowledge that our advocacy on LNG is preceded by work that Indigenous peoples have been leading and continue to lead across Turtle Island. We are thankful to live, work and organize on the ancestral, traditional and unceded territories of Indigenous peoples across this province.

Partnership Details:

CANE has endorsed several events and initiatives that CAPE have offered, and partnered on some campaigns such as the Unnatural Gas initiative.
